Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation Window: You can cancel your orders by sending an email to info@french-dna.com or calling Customer Care at +91-7807804819 within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders can only be cancelled within the specified 24-hour window after placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Cancellation Charges: If you cancel the order within the allowed timeframe, a payment gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refund Process: The balance amount after deducting the payment gateway charges will be refunded to the cardholder. The refund will be credited through the same payment instrument used for the original purchase. The refund process will take approximately 7-10 working days, or it may vary based on the guidelines of the Your bank.
