Returns & Refund Policy
French DNA ( – a Subsidiary of Brand & Brand International ) does not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered. The policy is in place due to the nature of the products. Opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and therefore, cannot be accepted for return or exchange. If you receive a product with leakage or damage, you should send an email to the specified email address within 48 hours of the delivery date.
In case of damage or quality issue with a product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline, Please write to us at info@french-dna.com with the following details:
- Reporting Tampered or Damaged Products: If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care with Supporting Images and Video of the tampered or damaged product along with their report to expedite the resolution process.
- Product Quality Complaints: If you have any issues with the quality of the product you received, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of the order delivery. We shall take 24 to 48 hours to review the email and revert back:
- Damages after Delivery: French DNA is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product after it has been delivered. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered by our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Exchange Eligibility: Products will be eligible for exchange only if you are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms –
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by French DNA
- Once goods are sold, no refund shall be made.
