Payment Policy

French DNA ( – a Subsidiary of Brand & Brand International ) is set up to take online orders through the following modes of payment: Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India.

Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Network.

Visa Debit cards from select banks in India. A full list of eligible banks will be available at the time of check-out before making payments.

For Visa and MasterCard transactions, customers are required to provide:

  • 16-digit credit card number
  • Card expiry date
  • 3-digit CVV number (located on the back of the card)

Additionally, customers should have enrolled their Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction securely.

For American Express Cards, customers will need to provide:

  • 15-digit card number
  • 4-digit code

The credit card transaction will appear on the bank statement as a payment to Brand & Brand International

Transaction Reference Number. b. The amount debited with registered Email ID. c. Date & Time of Transaction.

Pricing Policy

  • Product prices listed on the website are current and updated. However, these prices are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on the website are processed in Indian Rupees, and they are inclusive of all taxes.
  • When you place an order, it will be acknowledged at the current pricing. The billing will be done at the price in effect at the time of shipping.
  • The products are liable for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India.
  • For international shipping orders, there may be local duties applicable in the destination country. You will be responsible for paying these duties locally as per the regulations of their country. French DNA will not be able to confirm what these charges will be in advance and are not liable to pay these from our end.

Out-of-stock Items

French DNA apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, French DNA Online will contact you within 3 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. French DNA Online does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders for items for which French DNA cannot be fulfilled immediately

Cash on Delivery Policy

  • French DNA has an option for ‘Cash on Delivery’ on orders above INR 1,999/- for domestic orders only. We are Providing a secure and safe delivery process that significantly contributes to a positive customer experience and fosters long-term customer loyalty.
  • If you are physically unavailable during the time of delivery, please suggest an alternative address or contact number of a reliable source at info@french-dna.com within 48 hours of order placement, for successful delivery.
  • If a ‘COD’ order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, we will only reship the same order if you agree to convert it to a prepaid order after the initial delivery failure.
  • Customers placing “COD” orders will be contacted via phone call to confirm their orders. If customers fail to respond to the confirmation calls, will be contacted through email, informing them about the cancellation of the COD order. Customers may respond to the email to confirm the processing of the order.
  • If a customer refuses the delivery of a “COD” order more than twice, they will no longer be eligible for “COD” for all future orders. After being ineligible for “COD,” the customer can only choose to place prepaid orders on the website.
  • Shipping/billing address changes cannot be made once the order is placed. No modifications are allowed post successful order placement. For further queries, customers can get in touch with the Customer Care team via email at info@french-dna.com
  • COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It can only be refunded via the brand online voucher.
