Shipping Policy

• • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on various factors, including product characteristics such as size, volume, type, packaging, and other considerations.
  • By providing the shipping and handling charges at the time of check-out, you will have full visibility of the associated costs before making payments for your orders. This transparency allows you to make informed decisions and understand the complete pricing structure, including any additional fees related to the shipping and handling of your chosen products.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
  • Signature Requirement: Goods will require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, you can suggest an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbours. However, French DNA takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • OTP for Delivery: Certain courier partners may request an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. The OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order, and it must be provided for the completion of delivery.
  • Post-Delivery Damage Responsibility: French DNA is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery of the goods.
  • Reporting Claims: For any claims related to shortages or damages, you must report them to customer service through mail within 48 hours of the day of delivery. It’s important to notify them promptly to resolve any issues related to the delivered products.
  • Mega Sale Event Dispatch: If you are ordering products during a Mega Sale event, there might be delays in dispatching the orders due to increased order volumes.
  • Target Dispatch Time: The French DNA aims to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order placement during the Mega Sale event.
  • Delivery Time: Once your order is placed, we deliver the product within 4 to 7 business days.
  • Export and Customs Compliance: The French DNA will be responsible for complying with the export and customs laws of the country from which the products are being shipped.
  • Import and Customs Compliance: The consignee (you) must ensure compliance with the import and customs laws of the country to which the products are being shipped.
  • Limits on Total Products: you should be aware that the number of products ordered may exceed the total number permissible by your country’s customs regulations upon arrival. It is the responsibility of you to consider and adhere to any limits placed by your country while placing orders from the French DNA.
  • International Order Fulfilment: The French DNA will take responsibility for fulfilling all international orders from our end, ensuring that the products are dispatched as per the order. You will be responsible for the entry of the products into the country you have chosen for shipping. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to customs clearance and importation.
  • Payment of Charges: You will be responsible for paying any applicable charges upon the arrival of the products in the destination country. These charges may include Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other applicable government taxes or convenience charges.
  • To ensure compliance with laws and regulations, it is the responsibility of you to verify that your order and the products you are purchasing are permissible under the laws of your country. You should be aware of any import restrictions, prohibited items, or customs regulations that may apply to your specific location.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:  French DNA ( – a Subsidiary of Brand & Brand International ) Offers free shipping for all orders throughout India on all prepaid orders.

For International Orders: International customers are eligible for free shipping when their order value is equal to or exceeds 100 USD. If the order value is less than 100 USD, there will be a flat shipping charge of 25 USD.
